International Orders
We currently ship to select international destinations. Times vary between 10–21 days depending on customs. Please note that international customers are responsible for any custom duties or import taxes incurred upon arrival.

Our Return Policy
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, wellness consumables and opened skincare items cannot be returned.
Oh no! If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, we're on it. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right for you immediately.
- Items must be in original packaging.
- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

Exchanges
Missing Packages
We don’t offer exchanges or changes on orders that have already shipped. If you’d like to make a change before your order goes out, please contact us at Prettygirlhelpline@girltheory.net.
If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, please check with neighbors first. If it's still missing after 3 business days, get in touch and we'll help track it down.
